SwiftMe (swiftme.app) is a business communication platform. Companies use it to run their call center and to answer customer messages from connected channels — Facebook Pages (Messenger), Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram and website chat — in one shared team inbox.
Solely to provide the service to the business that connected the channel: displaying conversations to that business's agents, routing and automation the business configures, and the business's own reporting. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.
Data received from Meta's APIs (Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp) is used only to show and answer the conversation inside the connecting business's inbox, in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access tokens are stored encrypted. We request only the permissions needed for messaging: listing the business's Pages, receiving and sending messages, and webhook subscription management.
Data is stored on secured servers with encryption in transit (TLS) and strict tenant isolation — one business can never read another business's data. Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
Conversation and call data is retained while the business's account remains active, so agents keep their history. When a business disconnects a channel or closes its account, the associated data is deleted on request (see below).
